授權(quán)委托書(shū)英文樣本

　　在法律英語(yǔ)中，Power of Attorney和Proxy 均可用作表示授權(quán)的委托書(shū)，區(qū)別在于Power of Attorney所指的被委托人應(yīng)為律師，即具有律師身份，而Proxy則無(wú)此種要求，即被委托人一般不需具備律師身份。
