教育部關(guān)于切實(shí)提高鄉(xiāng)村教師待遇,鄉(xiāng)村教師工資漲多少錢

十二屆全國人大四次會議舉行記者會，邀請教育部部長袁貴仁就“教育改革和發(fā)展”的相關(guān)問題回答中外記者的提問。他表示切實(shí)提高鄉(xiāng)村教師待遇，對鄉(xiāng)村教師都進(jìn)行生活補(bǔ)助。

袁貴仁表示，去年國務(wù)院印發(fā)了《鄉(xiāng)村教師支持計(jì)劃》，對鄉(xiāng)村教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)做了全面的部署。當(dāng)前，我們正在積極推動落實(shí)這個(gè)計(jì)劃提出的各項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)任務(wù)：

第一，統(tǒng)一城鄉(xiāng)教師編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因?yàn)檫^去城市的生師比編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高，農(nóng)村低，首先要統(tǒng)一。而且要結(jié)合農(nóng)村教育的特點(diǎn)，要有和城市一樣的生師比，除了生師比之外，還有一些規(guī)模較小的學(xué)校和村小，還要參照班師比。

第二，要拓展農(nóng)村鄉(xiāng)村教師的來源渠道，多方面的源源不斷地為鄉(xiāng)村教師充實(shí)新生力量。

第三，切實(shí)提高鄉(xiāng)村教師待遇。這項(xiàng)工作在幾年前已經(jīng)在連片集中貧困地區(qū)做了安排，惠及了幾十萬名鄉(xiāng)村教師。這次要對所有的鄉(xiāng)村教師都進(jìn)行生活補(bǔ)助。

鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校怎樣才能留住教師?日前，浙江省政府辦公廳印發(fā)《浙江省鄉(xiāng)村教師支持計(jì)劃(2015?2020年)實(shí)施辦法》(以下簡稱《實(shí)施辦法》)。針對鄉(xiāng)村教師面臨的突出問題，提出了措施。

據(jù)了解，《實(shí)施辦法》提出，浙江省將切實(shí)提高鄉(xiāng)村教師生活待遇，依法依規(guī)落實(shí)鄉(xiāng)村教師工資待遇政策，研究制訂提高鄉(xiāng)村教師教齡津貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)政策，提高鄉(xiāng)村幼兒園非在編教師工資待遇，逐步建立鄉(xiāng)村特困教師救助制度。并且，關(guān)心鄉(xiāng)村教師身心發(fā)展，加快實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校教師周轉(zhuǎn)宿舍建設(shè)。

此外，多年來城鄉(xiāng)教職工編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一樣，城市高于鄉(xiāng)村�！秾�(shí)施辦法》提出要統(tǒng)一城鄉(xiāng)教職工編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí)明確，職稱(職務(wù))評聘向鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校傾斜，還明確浙江鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校教師評聘職稱(職務(wù))時(shí)，對課題和發(fā)表論文原則上不作剛性要求。

《實(shí)施辦法》提出到2020年，鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校優(yōu)質(zhì)教師來源得到多渠道擴(kuò)充，資源配置得到明顯優(yōu)化和改善，教學(xué)水平顯著提升，職業(yè)吸引力明顯增強(qiáng);建立健全激勵(lì)機(jī)制，努力造就一支數(shù)量充足、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、甘于奉獻(xiàn)、扎根鄉(xiāng)村的教師隊(duì)伍。
